Shipping policy

Every order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure your handcrafted pieces arrive safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll contact you using the email provided with your order.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $250 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied).

For orders under $250, shipping rates and available delivery options will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping is coming soon.

We're working toward expanding our shipping destinations and look forward to serving customers around the world in the future.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Poetic Threads is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or experiences an unexpected delay, please contact us at poeticthreads24@gmail.com. We'll be happy to assist you in working with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number along with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
