At Poetic Threads, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because many of our collections are made in small batches and feature unique craftsmanship, we kindly ask that you review our return policy before making a purchase.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition

With all original tags attached

Returned in its original packaging whenever possible

Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
Handcrafted Products
Our products are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, weaving, measurements, or finish are a natural part of the handmade process and make each piece unique. These characteristics are not considered defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at poeticthreads24@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, perfume, smoke, stains, or other use
If you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
International Orders
At this time, Poetic Threads ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is coming soon, and this return policy currently applies only to orders delivered within the United States.
Free Shipping Orders
If your order qualified for free shipping and a return reduces the remaining order value below the $250 free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
